Payment and Fees:

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel any coaching session or service in accordance with the terms provided during the booking process. Please note that cancellations may require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Please note that some fees associated with our services may not be refundable. These non-refundable fees are in place due to the nature of our services, including time and resource allocation for personalized coaching sessions, preparation for workshops or webinars, and the costs associated with administrative tasks.

For instance, once a coaching session or program is booked, significant time is reserved for your one-on-one support, and specific resources are prepared exclusively for you. In cases of late cancellation or no-show, these preparatory efforts cannot be reallocated to another client, which results in an inherent loss of time and value for the business.

We highly encourage clients to consider their commitments carefully and reach out promptly if any scheduling changes are necessary. However, where applicable, we do offer rescheduling options to ensure you still get the value of your investment.

These policies help us to maintain the quality and sustainability of our services for all clients.

Intellectual Property:

All content provided by My Freedom Compass, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and presentations, is owned by My Freedom Compass or licensed for use. You may not use any content from our services for commercial purposes without express permission.

Limitation of Liability:

My Freedom Compass is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our services. You agree to indemnify My Freedom Compass against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of our services.
